Municipal Court Municipal Court hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of the Holidays noted below. You can reach the Court Clerks by phone at (417) 256-6154, or e-mail at wpmc@westplains.net. If they are unavailable by phone, please leave a message and they will contact you back as soon as possible. The Court will be closed for the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day & the day following, & Christmas Day.
